Release 10.1A: OpenEdge Application Server:
Administration
Importing the OpenEdge service type definition (Optional)
If you installed OpenEdge on the machine that hosts Sonic ESB and responded appropriately to the installation prompts, skip this procedure; the OpenEdge installation program automatically performs this operation.
You can use either the graphical Sonic ESB Explorer or the command-line ESB Admin Tool to import the service type definition. Either of the procedures that follow adds the OpenEdge service type to the Sonic ESB Directory Service, making it possible to install and deploy AppServer applications as services in the Sonic ESB environment.
